Well you you havent seen the changes that were made here at Aspenwood recently! The new manager thats been here for about 3 years is awesome! Both her and her team has single handedly made the most positive changes here at Aspenwood. Both to the inside of the apartments and the outside. Ive lived here at Aspenwood for about 7 years and have witnessed these changes. She is by far the best manager any apartment community can have! She actually cares about the residents she doesnt treat you like another rent check. My home and other neighbors homes are clean, dont have issues with unwanted pests, police rarely never here and seriously what drug dealers. I also have never had an issue contacting someone in the office its open 7 days a week so c'mon so if your expecting to see the manager on a weekend your crazy she only works Mon-Friday 9-6pm and yes she is not always in the office because running any business you are not always at your desk! Maby you need to ask her about her job and ask her what it takes besides blood, sweat and tears to run a business. When I need to see her I do what any other professional does I schedule an appointment with her duh! i have lived at aspenwood for about 2 1/2 years i was a college student, and autumn was so kind and helpful in helping me understand how a "first" apartment works. to the person with bad reviews what apt. doesnt have bad apples? i really hope to live here for a while longer. they are updateing the grounds and i just love my new balcony!!! thanks autumn, scott, and fernando! :)
