I have lived here for 3 years, and am a current resident. I could agree more with the other comment about this place being heaven. Like any apartment complex, you could have problems, but the staff takes care of everything QUICKLY! I have never had to wait more than 12 hours for a maintenance problem to be fixed, and it's always done right the first time.
The office staff is incredible, and yes Floretta is funny, nice, and very professional. They have been through 2 or 3 managers since I have been here, but I think the new one they have is going to be here for a long time. She gets things done, and follows through on her promises.
I never want to move!!
