My staff and I want to thank you for your understanding and patience during the recent blizzard. It was so encouraging to watch neighbors helping dig out each other's cars, and for those with 4-wheel-drive, running errands for our elderly. I am privileged to manager such a wonderful place, with exceptional residents. Yes, we all know some people who just "don't get it", but some day they will understand that in light of this blizzard, we have done an incredible job with the staff we have. We did not lose power, we fixed the one heat problem quickly, and have spent an unprecented amount of money plowing on an ongoing basis. We believe our residents are of the highest priority. People are more important than the bottom line. Again, THANK YOU to all of the residents at Aurora Green. We look forward to another great year together.
