Under new management--things are changing for the better

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
After being under some terrible management for some time, and after meeting the new manager, I have to say I believe things will turn around here. She is bringing on staff in the front office that are friendly and willing to help. The front office has been my major complaint for years, and it's already 100% better. I would like to see what remains of the old front office staff fired, but the new manager is very busy and can't make wholesale changes too quickly. There is much to improve, but there is hope--we'll see.
