This apartment place, like all has good and bad points, but for us the good definitely outweighed the bad. We lived in a 2 bedroom for a year and then moved to a 1 bedroom to save for a house.
To start with the bad: The elevators took forever to do everything...but I guess if you are impatient and want exercise you can take the stairs. The hallway carpets on the first floor get abused and look dirty sometimes. You could hear noise from the hallways but that was never a problem when we lived there. The gate in front was more annoying than what it was worth.
The good: The apartments are virually soundproof to your neighbors, we never heard our neighbors and for a year we had two boys about 7 and 11 living next door and still never a peep. The apartments are very large compared to others we have lived in and looked at. The carpet was new when we moved in. The bathrooms are spaced out well. The bedrooms are large, the "great room" will fit any furniture you may have. (we had a ping pong table in our dining room of a 1-bedroom.) Kitchens are decently sized in most floor plans. Overall a nice, inexpensive place to live.
