Aventine Apartments

OK From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response   Pretty decent place. Parking was at times an issue. We currently live in a 2 bed 2 bath on the 2nd floor. The entire place feels like a hotel. The bathrooms are hotel style with the sink being in the exterior section and then the door for the toilet and tub. Can take awhile for hot water. They do have central air which is a big plus for me. They are very quiet. I have a downstairs neighbor who parties every night and we cannot hear him with the patio door closed. The balconies are pretty big and 1st floor units have HUGE patios. The elevators are slow, but I like the stairs. The buildings need a key or a code to get in. There was a homeless guy living in my building's laundry rooms for awhile. No W/D or connections. One coin op per floor. Ceiling is pretty low, big breakfast nook at the end of the kitchen. Dark colors and unless face east or west on patio door then very little natural light.
