Aventine Apartments

It has gotten alot better!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   Me and my wife moved into The Aventine in 2001. The apartments were not that great. Maintenance was horrible, and the office staff was even worse. Since then the management company has hired some great people that have worked very hard to bring the property up. They are almost complete with a remodel that has included all new elevators, new carpet in halls and apartments, new paint, new plumbing and electrical fixtures, new washers and dryers, and alot more. The office staff and especially maintenance has worked very hard and this has become a great place to live. You can not hear your neighbors and the apartments are very spacious.
