Well.. I just want to agree with several other comments... this place had good points and bad... but let me tell ya, the bad was not worth the little bit of good. They finally allowed pets one year before we moved out and I used to take my WELL-BEHAVED puppy to the designated potty areas and cleaned up EVERY time even in blizzards. However, I repeatedly got complaints from management to clean up after my dog... someone must have been complaining and I wouldn't be suprised if they ended up having POO smeared on their front door... At one point we were swimming in the pool and there was SERIOUSLY a WORKING pool light from the wall FLOATING in the water, electrical wires and all... with all the children playing in the water I let maintenance know and they laughed in my face... Needless to say the pool was not fixed for several WEEKS. The apartment was ok, very spacious for a fairly good price but the plumbing and fixtures didn't run well and were not maintained. The fire alarms really DID go off all the freaking time.. I am now permanently freaked out about alarms.. in my 3 years of residence there was only ONE fire and about 4 alarms a month. Absurd! Parking wasn't too bad but there were several broken down cars just hanging around... the gate really NEVER worked and sometimes you'd be stuck parking outside if the gate wouldn't open for you. The only plus about the location was the park-n-ride being next door... I never heard my next door neighbors unless they were beating the crap out of each other and their baby in the hallway... several police visits during my stint at this joint. And when we were moving out, I was almost positive someone was getting robbed, murdered, or raped on the first floor apartment by the lobby... FREAKY!
