We have had a wonderful experience since moving to The Aventine. Nicole and Laura in the leasing office are wonderful. Everyone here is super friendly and management is courteous and professional. They go out of their way to make this place feel like a community. The buildings and grounds are well kept. Our apartment is huge and lovely! Don't bother looking anywhere else for a 1200 sq. ft. apartment for under $1000 in the Denver Metro Area. The only place you'll find it is at The Aventine! Thanks for the recomendation Vicky Janet Nichole or Laura. No one would recommend this place unless they worked here. There is crime, grime and slime. We have drug users, foul dirty gross filth, and now mold. Good luck folks! Don't rent here (unless you truly don't care about yourself.)

OMG this has to be from someone in the office 5.0 you have got to be kidding I'm LMAO as I write this.
Personally, I have never met one of these "wonderful" people of whom you speak. funny they all have the same names as the office staff now but I know that can not be the troll's in the office now! And yes... they may be BIG but living in filth is not worth the size!!!
I still cant stop laughing... 5.0 out of 100!
