Aventine Apartments

From: lisamiller222 Date posted: 11/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived here 3 months. Had the police called for 3 small items being thrown over the balcony by downstairs neighbor whom it had NO effect on at all. Parties are held. Constant complainer and noisy neighbors. People here are filthy and do not care about how they destroy the common areas. Upper management does not call back in timely manner if at all. One leasing specialist incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have had a bathroom torn apart for 4 wks now with no answer as to when it will be fixed until today. No compensation offered for the inconvienence or for the fact that it has caused problems with my sons health and my own. My apartment smells horrible due to the bathroom and the district manager refuses to give me corporates number or to call me back.
