Aventine Apartments

yuck From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   The apartments are big, thats about the only thing they have going for them. They are all dirty, run down, the day we moved in, we noticed broken locks, duck tape everywhere (on appliances''') stains all over the carpets, leaking toilets. But we had already signed our lease and couldn't get out of it. I love the sign "newly renovated, luxury apartments".... WHAT''''' Talk about false advertising. The entire time we lived here the gate was broke, oh wait but it's a "gated community" the front door to the buildings 1/2 the time were broke. The indoor pool was always cold and you could never swim in it. No one has ever mentioned this but there are no floor boards in the bedrooms' Whatever how lame is that, it looks totally crappy. Oh, the cable they have one hook up in the main room and if you want to have it in teh bedrooms, good luck! The appliances in 1/2 the apartments are 20 years old and dont work,they are old and crappy. Good luck if you get a dishwasher that works, or isnt broken. Luxurious apartment living'' Yeah if you come from mars.
