Aventine Apartments

Pit of the year Award!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have been living here for almost a year and 1/2 and will be leaving as soon as my lease is up. I have drug dealers living on my floor and the office staff seems not to care. They seem not to care about much. The place has really gone down hill even after Riverstone took over. One would think the owners would take a good look around and see the TRASH DIRT AND CRIME that is going on. I would have to agree with others on this site, the "GATE" is the biggest joke with the tenets. I too feel very unsafe in the halls, on the property even in the day light and with a small child it is just NOT worth the $800 to live here when there are much nicer places for that kind of money. Seems to me the office "staff" and NEW Management are wanting the good people OUT and are trying to keep the bad! I would not recomend this place to anyone.
