I have many of the same complaints that others have mentioned here, and I wish I had looked at this web site before I came back! Yes, thats right, came back! I have lived here a total of three times, and each time it seems to get a little worse. The first time that I lived here, they did seem to care, and things were kept up pretty well. The gate was only broken about 10% of the time, and the maintainence staff seemed to actually maintain the property. One other current resident mentioned that Riverstone should have brought in a whole new staff. All I have to say to that is that I have lived in a Riverstone community before, and when they announced that they had taken over, I knew that things would just go downhill from there. The reason that I came back to The Aventine, was that our experience the second time around was better than living in a Riverstone community. Now they are a Riverstone community, and we will also be leaving ASAP.
