I would have to say that living at the Aventine the last year has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.
My Roommate and I moved out 2 months ago due to the poor up-keep of the whole building (we were in # 2) Nothing would ever get fixed and no matter how much we were in the office complaining they never seemed to care. (poor management if you ask me)
I cant tell you how happy we are to be gone. I just hope the rest of you can escape as soon as possible as it really is not a fit place to live!
I just wish we would have known about this site before renting, as it looks like the same problems have been ongoing for years. We would have NEVER rented that apartment. Let hope we can help others by stating the TRUTH on this site and not say things are GREAT!
