Have lived here for 4 years,have tried to move a few months ago, but for some reason, they have me as being evicted, never been late on rent, have never been evicted (I'm still here obviously.) Dishwasher busted has been for a year, gave up on trying to get it fixed after week 8 of phone calls, wash dishes mostly by hand anyway so /shrug. Laundry rooms are a nightmare dirty, and full of the junk people are trying to give away, only one per floor and they're most always in use - same for the other floors and I'm not about to trudge up and down 6 flights of stairs to find one thats not in use. Garbage chute is always full, good luck trying to get rid of any trash on a long weekend, open the chute trash falls out cause its packed up the floors above you, so people just dump their garbage on the floor. Rent goes up over 200 dollars a renewal. Ceiling leaks, outside wall drips when it rains. Inside the apartments are quiet, but in the halls you can hear EVERYTHING. My main complaint is all the "inspections", once a year for the fire alarms, 2 months later to inspect your door knobs, 2 days later to look at your balcony to ensure that you have only "approved" items on your balcony. It goes on and on. I find it funny, that they're more interested in my balcony than the gang signs in the stairwells...or trash in the halls.

And now....they're doing a major "renovation" One of the floors (the only one I took a look at) looked like a clown either exploded or vomited. The walls are white and baby blue with chocolate brown trim and doors. It's not pretty can't wait till they put in the pink carpeting /rolls eyes.

One more time around with this nightmare and then I'm running for the hills, getting the "evictions" off my rental report has been less than fun, I'm sure it will take months of letter writing and complaints to get it off.
