I moved into the Aventine in March of this year. I had seen lots of apartments in the area and the Aventine offered the most space by far. Della was the leasing agent who gave me my tour and I found her to be most pleasant. Once I moved in a friend of mine was looking for an apartment we went to the leasing center only to find that Della was no longer there. Zavier gave my friend information and did the tour and I was so impressed the things that I wasnt told about the construction upfront he did mention to my friend. He actually re-sold me an apartment that i already rented. I would assume that what he said was correct that once the renovations are completed the rents will rise and people will love it here. Also i noticed the noise is primarily during the day when people are at work. I love my apartment and would definately recommend anyone looking to move to the place.

I'm sorry my friend that you are blind. You should have taken a friend with you so THEY could have seen the filth for you! once the renovations are completed the rents will rise and people will love it here. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Why would you recommend a place like this??? Thats just MEAN to your fellow humans!!!

Well, since management does the HIRING....Vicki is the rudest human being on the planet. Yesterday I was informed out of the blue, that maintenance was going to be required to come into my apartment to look for damage, I'm not my neighbors across the hall who yell, scream and generally raise hell, luckily for me the I've been here for 5 years and the only problems I have are normal wear and tear, cream colored carpet in an apartment. What jackass came up with that in the first place. It's impossible to keep clean and if you even look at it - your going to have a stain. Upping rent by 400 to 1200 a month is insane, trash in the halls, called and was told that they'd take care of it in a few days...mind you these were diapers, spoiled food,a few days...wonder what my boss would say if I told her "I'll do it in a few days" Doubtful I'd have a job. The poster above me either works at the Aventine or is a office fanboy/girl

How mature. I am not a fan girl and I don't work in the office! I observe what goes on and most reviews only come when you are having a problem...duh. Looks like you need to take your problem to Vicki instead of posting behind her back. Yes, I am still living at the Axis and things are a little crazy with construction however it could be worse. Apartments in this area are small compared to these. If our guest, visitors, and messy/inconsiderate neighbors would help to keep things clean and not trash the property it could be a great place to stay again. Not to mention those that leave their pets poop in the grass, on the sidewalk, and on the hallway carpet. We need to get it together. What are you doing besides complaining?

"Fan Girl" I have a few issues to your post... DUH if you could read you would see that most of these posts state "they have talked to the office" and 2nd have YOU ever once been able to talk to VICKI?? 3rd posting behind her back? Sweetheart she knows everything that has been posted in here is TRUE so take off your rose colored glasses and take a look around you. Yes the apartment are good sized but its still a filthy PIT of a place. And what is up with that Tower?? I would think the money spent on that could have been used to hire a few more people to keep the place up? Maybe hire a cleaning crew? It just dawned on me as to who you are... you are one of my "messy/inconsiderate neighbors"
