First of all, I have to say this place is very grimy. I moved in about 6 months ago and have had nothing but tribulations since.
The kid s running up and down the hall, the disgusting odor s The garbage in the halls, parking lot and trash chutes.
I have spoken with the office on many occasions but nothing ever gets done. My Toilet has over flowed twice in 6 months and they cant seem to find the PROBLEM, I was told the building is old and that sometimes that happens. Then played hell for a week to get someone to come clean the carpet. I really do not believe we have an maintenance
crew here. Every place I have lived has an cleaning crew and landscaping crew to help keep the place clean and inviting.
The one Lady in the office, I cant recall her name I believe it was Roseanne, Roxanne who knows but she has to be the most standoffish, unapproachable person in the world. Why on earth would she have an job dealing with the public''' As for the Manager whom, I asked to speak with seems to NEVER be around or on the phone or at lunch or gone home for the day (at 3:30pm) I really believe she is a phantom person.
The list of things NOT WORKING around the place seems to grow by the day, I see from others posts on here the gate has not worked in years! I have to agree with whom ever posted the false advertising post we need to file suit! No outside pool this year as well.
One last issue who just who picked the colors for the NEW paint' It's like a cheep Hotel!

I totally agree!
This is shity place i ever lived. The staff is not at all cooperative. They are always confuse your complaints, payments etc. They do not even keep records of payments you did and create havoc later.
