My boyfriend and I lived here from 08/2005 to 08/2006. During our stay at the Aventine, we weren't miserable. The apartments are huge and the leasing consultant Nicole was super nice. We enjoyed our place and didn't have too many complaints. It was the most sound proof place when it comes to the ceilings and floor, but you could hear through the walls a bit. The only problem we had were our neighbors smoking pot and the smell traveling through the halls into our apartment. It was brought to the managements attention and they worked hard to get it to stop. My sister lived in the next building and the only problem she had was that her panties kept getting stolen out of the dryer. However, this is something that could happen anywhere. We lived in a two bedroom on the 5th floor and we loved the fireplace during the winter and we loved our huge balconies. This is good place and it's definitely worth looking at.
