Slow service but nice apartments and complex

There have been problems getting the office staff to deal with various problems (poor washing machine drain leading to mold; small, yappy dog on the patio downstairs management refuses to address). My car was broken into during the night and the radio was stolen, so the security of the area is inadequate. The mandatory sole-source cable company is absolutely terrible, and if your apartment does not face south, you have no options.
However, the apartments are well-lit with plenty of windows. The ceilings are high giving the appearance of even more room. The apartments are plenty large with artificial fireplaces that provide warmth without the mess. There is always enough parking. The complex is close enough to downtown Aurora that we can do anything quickly, but far enough that we are not in the middle of bad traffic or noise.
Overall, there are some problems but I recommend it.
