The other reviews pretty much sum this dump up. It's new and looks nice, but is very poorly built. Numerous garden apartments leak water in the winter or when it rains really hard and the problem was never fixed. You are forced to use American Communications for your phone/internet service and they stink as bad as the apartments. Worse company we have EVER dealt with. The only apartments/halls they keep clean are the ones they show as the model and I think our hallways were vacuumed once every 3-4 months. The top floors weren't even cleaned at all because the lady doing it said it was too heavy to carry the vacuum up to the third floor. The "free" movers they offer as an incentive to move in are a questionalbe at best and demand a tip for scratching up your furniture and being four hours late--a lot of our furniture was ruined/scratched up by them. Don't live here--keep looking.
