I work at Buckley AFB , so I thought this place would be ideal because of how close it is and how nice it looked. I was wrong. The apartments themselves are nice enough, but the policies and staff suck. When I first moved in, it took several MONTHS to get my check for not using their moving service. Also, my rent was counted "late" several times becuase they didn't check the drop slot and I couldn't prove I'd left it there! When all of this was going on, I'd leave my job early to get to the office before it closed and even though I made it 20 minutes before closing time, all of the agents were already gone. Plus, they like to go to lunch all together at the same time, so you're screwed if you need help during lunchtime. The company that they force you to use for cable, internet, and phone is a little no-name company called American Communications. They are AWEFUL!! All of their representatives are rude when you call and none of them know how to help you with service problems. The connection is slow and expensive. If you need something fixed, you can expect to wait up to a week when dealing with this company. Neighbors are noisy and obnoxious. Someone was friggin' MURDERED in the apartment right next to mine...not enough security! I can't say enough that you should NOT move here for any reason. You're much better off somewhere else. These people will screw you out of as much money as possible.
