Lived here for two years. The only problem I ever had, besides someone trying to break into my apartment was the cable/internet company. Internet was sporadic at best. The company is based out of state, so getting anything fixed was like Pulling teeth. Now they have "lost" my cable modem and are charging me $300 for it. Ridiculous. Staff of the complex changed a few times while I was there, but they were always friendly and courteous.
