I have lived at Cambray Park for over a year and I only have a few more months to go. Even if they offered the world I would not stay. The new manager is a know it all rude person. She sent back a rent check because it is 60 cents short, why' my money order cost more than that. I had to get another money order for 60 cents. Do they think I have tons of time on my hands. When I called her boss Cathy she was just as rude to me. Do these people not understand, my rent pays their paychecks!! The customer service is the worst and I have not met a office full of uncaring people in my whole life. Do yourself a favor and rent where people want to exchange service for rent payments. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED WITH NO RESPECT. Also, why are only black people being evicted'

1. Next time get the amount right and you won't have to worry about having your check given back to you. Or how about rounding up so you always hav a credit. 2. I live at Cambray and did not have a positive experience with Robbie either, but she is no longer there. Everyone else on that staff has been nothing but helpful to me! 3. People get evicted for not paying thier rent, not because they are black, white or green. If I don't pay my rent or you don't pay yours, you will be evicted too! 4. Just because someone works in a customer service oriented field does not mean they are there to KISS YOUR ASS. Remember that they are people too and everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

I lived there 3 years before buying a condo, the place has lot's of problems. You can find police cars there on complaints everyday/night (they should have a police station there). Forget security patrol, they change companies every 90 days it appears (security personnel is afraid and too scared to be there). Too few free parking spaces, find your vehicle towed when you look for it. About every other month they say they are inspecting everyones apartment (they will come in even if you are asleep on in the shower, have your clothes on just in case). There is only 1 air conditioner per apartment regardless the number of bedrooms (window units are a NO NO)buy a portable unit or you will stay hot. The heat takes 2 days in the winter to heat the apartment. Use the oven it's faster. I asked a previous leasing manager about the large number of people moving out and she stated that she hopes it to stop or she will be moving also(getting fired). The leasing office & maintenance personnel changes frequently. The present leasing office personnel (Cherokee & Kendra) are great, they have a little more respect for you, but who knows what might happen next. Take your chances 7/1/06
