I moved in to Cambray Park in August 2004. I have lived in many other complexes with roomates, but this is my first place living alone. I am also a leasing agent at a different property so I know the difference between chaos and acceptable living conditions.

I have a one bedroom and the only problem I have is that my bathroom is in the bedroom. Other than that, the office staff has always been courteous and helpful. Whenever I put it a maintenance request it is done the same day or the next at the latest. And the maintenance staff is sooo nice. If they come in to fix something and notice something else, they take care of that too! Ken is AWESOME (Main. Tech) and so is Maureen (Leasing Agent)!!!

There are alot of kids and they are a little rowdy, but if you don't want to be around kids move to a senior community. Think about it... didn't you like to play when you were little' Besides, the management cannot control the behavior of the kids. If you have a problem with someone's kids, talk to the parents not the management.

I pay 468 a month. I'm not expecting the Broadmoor. You get what you pay for!!!Everything in my place works great and I have never seen a single bug of any kind. The grounds are very well kept and I feel safe here, which is the most important thing to me being a single, young woman. I lease 2 carports for $30 a month and sometimes people park in my spots and I just tow them. No big deal. Not much vistor parking though.

Most people get on this websites to vent. Don't believe everything you read. Do your homework before you move anywhere. One tip: Drive through the complex at night and see what kind of feeling you get. Pay attention to the grounds and general maintenance around the property. Ask alot of questions. If you are concerned about crime rates, anyone can get a police report on any community. (Cambray also has onsite REAL SECURITY). BUT MOST IMPORTANT: NEVER MOVE IN TO AN APARTMENT WITHOUT SEEING IT FIRST. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, MAKE UP YOUR MIND BEFORE YOU GIVE MONEY OR TAKE KEYS.

I want to make it clear that I don't work for this management company, I work for a different one. But I am very happy with the way they take care of thier residents and am thinking about going to work for them.
