I really enjoyed living at Cambray Park. They have a great staff and nice apartment homes. These apartments are very spacious and extremely comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they didn't have central air conditionong, I had a hard time keeping my apartment cool. Other than that everything was good. The whole year I was living there I had maybe 2 work orders. The appliances were fairly new and worked very well. They had prompt and satisfactory service. The groundskeeping was excellent and there were a lot of hard working men who kept these apartments up and not to mention the housekeepers, they cleaned the vacant apartments immedidatly after someone would move out, so that peoople like you could enjoy your new home. Icould go on and on, but I'll stop now. Last but not least this is a great place to keep in my when you are looking for a new apartment especially first time renters and middle class families. The pricing is great. I would definitley live ther again, If it came around to it. Dont listen to these other people I am a good person who is honest about things. I live at the Four Horizons now and I would go back to Cambray Park in a herat beat. If you are a good resident this is the place for you. Again the park areas are EXCELLENT. Oh yeah the balconies are huge. HEY,GIVE THEM A CALL.

umm...you said apartment home, residents and work orders....apartment industry jargon! hmmm, could this be the manager of cambray posting? lol

I think that this is definitely the manager posting. I know from experience that the manager is a WITCH! She yells at the residents and her staff and she stays in her office for hours with the door closed talking to her boyfriend on the phone ignoring the issues of the residents and staff. The Simpson Organization would be benefited greatly by dismissing this manager. She cares about herself more than others in all capacities. She is unorganized, and not skilled in customer service or management. Future Residents beware, this place is awful, the only competent individual is Kendra Body, the Assistant Manager. The manager would be in hot trouble if Kendra didn't do all of her work. RUN
