Well, first of all for someone that isn't home most of time you have no clue. You weren't home when pest control came out because you were at work. Also, a patch of carpet is not considered the whole carpet in the apartment. As for your pipes, they did break and maintenacne came out and fixed them as well as called someone to clean the carpets but how would you know, you left and didn't go back to see if it was fixed for yourself. Instead you got on the computer and wrote bad faith allegations instead of reading your lease. So the fact is you are over reactting. Remember you are the one that wants the leasing professional to commit a federal offense by asking her to get into your mail box to put your rent statement in there( Now that is illegal). Next, just like how you were screened we screen all people possible residents and we do not accept anyone with a felonies of any kind. So the next time you have something to say don't hesitate to come to the office.

I'm the one that is overreacting!?! The post was supposed to be humorous but it is true that the place is failling apart. I noticed that you did not try to refute this anywhere in your rebuttal.

Haha oh god, it's hilarious that the management has to come on here and try to defend themselves. That just proves this place is a piece of ----. I was considering this complex to move into, but not anymore. Ha.

Wow, you get on here and attack your tenants instead of professionally and politely rebutting what is said? There isn't a chance in hell I would ever live in this place after seeing the way you speak to your tenants. If I came into your office and you spoke to me the way you speak to this tenant in his post, I would be crawling across your desk to show you what a real over-reaction looks like. Customer service must not be a requirement at your facility, because if anyone on my staff ever spoke to a tenant this way, I'd help them pack their desk!
