Bad Office Management

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
I lived here for 1 year and everyday of it was terrible. The maintance was horrible and the office personnel was rude. I knew of several people who had mice in their homes because of the trash that was left outside of the buildings that the office personnel never took control over. Overall, it was a bad and disgusting place to live.
