Overall I rate Cambrian apartments very low. I would not recommend The Cambrian's to nobody. Due to the grounds have become extremely dirty. There are cigarette butts and garbage everywhere. For the amount of rent we are paying we should be living in a much cleaner envirnoment. I also, feel there should be more security driving throughout the day. Especially, when I here cars racing up and down the parking lot as if it was a drag strip. It's sad to say that I feel my children are not safe as long as I live at the Cambrian apts. Also, the pool and the recreational area needs alot of TLC. The playground area is falling apart and is very filthy. All the equipment is run down, and dirty etc. Why is it that our high rent that we pay is not being used towards cleaner grounds, pool and play area. Just to inform you that alot of the residents that are moving out is due to the ---------. They litter everywhere, they are loud, they walk into your apts. and then they don't understand english so then they don't understand to get the Heck out!!. The seem to not have any respect where they live or anyone else except themselves. I can say that the apartments themselves are great. The layout and size of the apts. are the only thing that keeps me here or at least for now until I can find somewhere else to live.
