I lived in these apartments for 1 year. This place is so awful that I moved out before my lease was even up. Not only do you have to put up with the noisy neighbors, but you also have to put up with their little vandalizing children from hell. The managment is also hard to deal with. I once got a note for temporarily parking my car in a reserved space(because everyone there has 3 Piece Of Sh** cars that take up all the spaces). Lilliana wrote me a nice little love letter stating that if I did not remove my car right away that she knew where I lived and she would have my car towed and I would be evicted. What a rude b****!!

I will say though, that the apartments are renovated and very nice on the inside. When you step outside is another story.

Nobody there speaks any english. People enjoy sitting outside drinking beer and leaving bottles, cans, and cigarette butts on your balcony. There's garbage everywhere, all the time. There used to be grass ( I can tell) but it's so worn now that when it rains, the kids play in mud. The swimming pool has trash floating in it. You can only go to the mailbox during the day for fear you'll get mugged, raped, etc. at night.
A lot of people that live there have minimal funiture. So if you move there and you have nice stuff (like tv's, stereos, etc), it WILL get stolen. My boyfriend stayed over and much to our surmise, someone had not only stolen his car stereo and everything that goes with it over the night, but they shot out the window the next day. I do not recommend this place to raise children, unless you're hoping they make it to prison when they get older. By the way, I heard this complex allows criminals fresh out of jail for various crimes to rent apartments here. For as much as I paid in rent and deposit I feel ripped off. DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT'S FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!
