I LIVED THERE FOR ABOUT 10 MONTHS WITH A FRIEND AND HER DAUGHTER. AFTER THREE MONTHS OF LIVING THERE AND MAKING SEVERAL REQUEST FOR MAINTENCE AND FOR COMPLAINTS I CAME TO REALIZE THAT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DOES NOT GIVE A S*** ABOUT YOU. IT GOT SO SCARY THAT AT NIGHT MY ROOMATE, ME AND THE BABY WOULD GO STAY AT HER MOMS DUE TO THE NOISE AND THE ILLEGAL PEOPLE HOLLERING AT US FROM THERE BALCONY. IF YOU SPEAK ENGLISH DO NOT MOVE THERE. THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. ESPECIALLY THAT WOMEN LILLIANA. SHE HAD NO RESPECT AND ACTED AS IF SHE WERE AN IMMATURE TEENAGER. THE PLACE WAS FILTHY AND THERE ARE BROKEN DOWN CARS PARKED EVERYWHERE. TOGETHER ME AND MY ROOMATES CARS WERE BROKEN INTO ABOUT 4 TIMES IN THE MATTER OF 10 MONTHS. WE HAD TO TKE CARE OF OUR MAINTENCES PROBLEMS OURSELF. AN OVERALL RATING OF 0. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST LIVING THERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS,NICE CARS, VALUABLE THINGS, OR JUST HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR SELF.

I agree! It is so nice to see that someone else has the same opinion about this place as me. The front office staff act like they are a bunch of teenagers. Especially Rene. She does not like any women, and is very unprofessional. I can not beleive Maxx Properties would hire someone like her. She is the rudest person I have ever met. The front office staff spends most of their day gossiping in front of tenants, and then gossping about tenants. I am only here because of financial reasons, otherewise there is no way in hell I would be here. Rene has friends that live here, and they do not have to follow the rules. She lets them walk their dogs without leashes, and they don't seem to have to pick up their dog droppings. If you are not a friends of hers, you are out of luck, if you have any complaints or concerns about your safety. This place is dangerous. Especially because the front office staff will do nothing to address your complaints, unless of course you are Rene's friend. I have talked with some of the tenants here, who are not Rene's frined, and they all have the same thing to say about Rene. Rude, rude, rude!!!!! If you are better looking then her, which does not take a whole lot, WATCH OUT!!!! You are invisible to her. Is this high school, or an apartment complex? DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!!!
