Superb Management

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
I was transferred to CO by my job and used to work at Arapahoe (the horse track) when I lived here. The apartments I stayed in were a little pricey for the floor size, but the management was very responsive to my needs. They even had a horse track clause that allowed me a 3-month lease! I would definitely reccomend this complex to prospective renters.
