It is a shared vertilation system so if you are a non-smoker and the person next door smokes, you smoke too and your apartment stinks. It's horrible! The kids run wild and can do anything they want. People blast their music and it's mostly rap. You have to keep your door closed at all times just to hear t.v. or talk on the phone the noise is so bad both day and night. Most people don't pick up after their dogs so there is dog feces everywhere on the ground. Many of the dog owners don't even have their dogs on a leash and I've reported that too. I have had to call to report pit bulls illegally in apartments a number of times. The laundry room is disgusting on the weekends. Lint from the lint traps is thrown on the floor along with the fabric softener pieces. People don't wipe down the machines so they have detergent all over them. Most people who live here have no respect for anyone else and are quick to pick a fight. They are either lower class citizens or arrived here fresh from Mexico. Section 8 is allowed here so there are tons of unmanaged kids. The office staff changes A LOT. The grounds people and office staff try to make a difference to no avail. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move out.
