I have lived in the Cambrian Apartments for 1 year and I have never seen a mouse or a roach! Sometime it does get a little loud outside in the summer when the kids are out playing. But for the price the apartment have a nice floor plan and I have not had any problems with the managment. In fact the maintance staff is actually more responsive than most apartments that I have lived in even if they are still working on their english.

I have to say I agree with you. I moved out last year, and I also had to break my lease 3 months early, fortunatly my son was needing a place, although I have to co-sign for him the office staff really helped me out here. I never had a problem with roaches, I did have a few mice and when I told the office within a day or two someone was out. Anytime I had anything wrong the next day the maintenance guys were there to fix it, I even let them enter when I wasn't there, they would leave a order form showing whatever was fixed from the office. My only dilemma now.. ugh is that I need to find an apt. again as things aren't working out where I am and I cannot rent from Cambrian now becuz I have co-signed well i'm on another lease with my son.. Totally bummed too!!! I'm not sure about the rest of the complex but in the back over looking the park, its quiet. Sure there are kids etc. but for the most part all the neighbors were nice and tried to be respectful. Thanks for hearing me out. For the price I'd say it's fine.
