I signed a lease in jan. 07, which was fine, until i lost my job. but i was able to get on with the state of colorado, but i was commuting 600 miles a week to work, 2400 miles a month, oil changes every 5 weeks and winter will be a nightmare with snow and ice. They would not let me out of my lease. I had to talk with a lawyer, and i followed her advice, but the cambrian apartments will not let me out unless i pay $1500 break lease, which i am told is a penalty, which judges frown about. THINK BEFORE YOU SIGN WITH THIS COMPLEX, IN CASE YOU HAVE TO TRANSFER WITH YOUR JOB or lose your job and have to move. parking is bad, several cars have been broken into, or stolen and returned damaged.

Duh, you signed a legal binding agreement which went thru the specifics if you broke your lease. Why should apartments treat you any differently than any other contractor would. Cell phones/cable/car loans/mortgages. Stupid.
