I wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE we moved in here. We saw the price and thought we'd save a little for a year. We had to move over to Aurora from Morrison (which is a culture shock in itself) because my husband got a new job at Buckley Air Force base. We are here only for a year lease, but I wish we could break it!!
This is NOT a child friendly environment. I do not feel safe having me and my children here. There was a car in the parking lot for at least a week, up on blocks with the rims stolen out of it, and nobody said anything. Then I was going for a walk with my kids and this big ------- american man came at me almost yelling asking if I'd seen who was messing with that car. Apparently it was his and was stolen from HIS apartment complex and brought here and had all kinds of stuff done to it.
There are HUGE families living in 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which is illegal. The kids that play outside are pretty young (I never see their parents with them) and they all say every curse word imaginable! It is very scary living here...I do not trust anyone, and I want my family out!! PLEASE do not move here if you want your family to be in a safe environment!

Lived there years ago. That place is a nightmare, and the snobby managers hired by the slumlords Maxx are no help. We did a police report and were able to break our lease and not owe a dime. There is a claus if you have children where you can break the lease if you are in danger, and this Aurora slum, you are. I remember the burglaries, shootings, hit and runs, it was really bad! And sex offenders live there too.

yeah the moon light window leaks, the water up and down every month. the water takes a long time to get hot the carpet was dirty when we moved in. I cant wait to get out this apartment...
