Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
I don't know what office you are going to but the office is always open during their buisness hours which is 9 to 6 pm Mon- Sat and Sun 1-5 if you can read their sign!
I know personally that I have been unable to pay rent on time once and they were very nice and BY LAW have to send out notices to ALL people who don't pay on time! I would say if you don't like it.....MOVE!
