During this past blizzard in denver, My apt building was without heat and hot water for 3 days. Very unreliable boiler system. They dont bother to properly plow the parking lot either. we have had 6" of packed snow/ice in the parking lot for a few days now and there are 6" deep potholes where the snow has melted all the way. Very dangerous to drive on. Also, the entances from the main road into the apt complex are only wide enough for one car which is highly encouraging a head on collision. There were also 2 car ports that collapsed onto the cars below. not sure yet who is going to pay for all of the auto damage.

On a good note, maintenance and repairs for apt related items (besides the boiler) is usually very fast and done right the first time. Anna in the front office is always very nice and very helpful. The apartment itself (atleast mine) is very spacious and suits my needs very well.

Most of the populous is mexican and Im not sure how many are illegal. I have seen the cops show up 3 times this past summer for various reasons. I have had to report pot use/dealing once.
