TERRIBLE MANAGEMET, TERRIBLE POLICIES, NO ACTION

This place has changed management and nothing ever is done. They pretend to be resident oriented but they are not. They turn water off at their will with NO warning, they allow cars to sit in front of sidewalks for 10 hours regardless of complaints because they don't want to tow it, so if yo have a handicapped individual or a pet you have to walk in the snow banks to get around it. They don't take action on noise complaints or drug complaints. You have to share utilities with he building so you end up paying over $100 a month for water, gas and garbage. The apartments have huge drafts and flooding problems that they dont fix. I have to put 3 newspaper sections in the door to help with the draft. There is no hot tub or sauna or exercise room like stated on the apartment searches, they took away the laundry facilities close by and leave ONE on the other end of the complex.
