LOVE THEM! From: DanaVanessa@gmail.com Date posted: 8/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I moved to Houston in March but lived at Chelsea Park for a year. Personally, I LOVED THEM! My dishwasher worked great! I loved my new windows. the only thing was that my shower was broke for quite some time and it took about three weeks for them to fix it (it worked but needed a new shower head). Also there was mold in the ceilings, not major though. Other than that, they gave me back my whole deposit! The management was coo, especially Monica, she was always very nice. I used their public computer all the time. NO BUGS..NO THUGS..NO NOISE..NO SNITCHES..NO DRAMA.. I wish they had a place like those in Houston cuz I would move in right away!
