I have rented in the Aurora area for 6 years now, and by far, this is the most trashiest complex ever. Yeah, I moved in because the rent was so cheap..$505...but the price wasn't worth it!! The neighbors fight and lock each other out constantly, the police are always there! I have heard multiple gun shots...finding out it was a possible murder..there are a lot of loud dogs barking because the owners leave them on the porch for hours. I was ALMOST ABDUCTED!! A guy tried to jump in my car while I was pulling into the complex...there are just lots of shady people in this area not to mention lots of drug deals and busts at the 7-eleven next door. My advice...don't do it! Please...
