In August, a new company took over. So far so good. I have seen many improvements since they got rid of the other employees. We just got new paint and new roofs, the maintenance seems to know what they're doing and the girls in the office are nice and much more helpful then the last. This complex may actually turn around for the first time since it was built!! The new manager seems a little tough but she is getting the "problems" out of here, so if that's what it takes I'm all for her! Let's see what happens 6 months from now, I will repost and let you know how things are then.
