I lived at the Colony House Apartments for two years and like it there. My wife and I had a quite privacy stay while there. We had a very large apartment with plenty of closet space (3 closets in a 1-bedroom apt). We were welcome to grill on the community grill and swim in a well kept pool. In the winter time, I enjoyed the view of Del Mar Park and the mountains from our 3 floor apartment. I felt safe for my wife, because the building had a security system. The elevator was great when it came to groceries or moving furniture. But, I guess the best part was that the heat was included in the rent. And you know how expensive the heating bill can be in Colorado.
