Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
We lived there on a long lease of about two years. Our apartment was actually dirty when we moved in (we spent the first two weeks just cleaning cupboards, bathrooms, tiles, etc). Don't expect quick maintenance from the leasing office - they won't give it to you (even when our ceiling was leaking from the apartment above).
On final review, I wished we never lived here. They are expensive and definitely not worth it.
