The good:
1. Garage parking. Convenient area.
The bad:
1. You share your garage. (Can get annoying with another tenant leaving the door up all the time.)
2. No security. Someone was able to egg about 50% of the everyones front door, 2 nights in a row, and nothing was done about it.
The unexceptable:
1. Rent was paid on time for over a year and a half. When it was time for us to move out, we left the place spotless and used conifer creek as a reference. One of the office staff gave a false report and said that we were consistantly late on the rent. I don't understand why. It's a good thing our new land lord was decent enough to let us know, and we had to basically write a letter theatening them of a law suit to provide the correct report.
For this I would not recommend Conifer Creek until they are able to get responsible management.
