This place is not as cute as it seems once you move in. Many families with children live here and the kids constantly run up and down the stairs. I had my car broken into several times. The worst is the the man in the apartment above mine was growing major amounts of marijuana and burned his apartment up. I was displaced to a hotel during the holidays waiting for my smoke and water damaged apartment to be fixed. The apartment manager/owner seemed to have better things to worry about than hurrying the fix-up process. The office personnel were very rude ever since the fire as if I started the fire. It was clear that the maintenance man knew of the plants, yet said nothing because he received a little on the side. The apartment complex located next door is the major problem with the entire area. I suspect that whoever broke into my vehicle lived in those apartments. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
