The staff has always been very friendly and courteous, although my husband usually goes down to the office to turn in the rent, on the rare occasion that I come in, they know me by name. Any maintenance problem is usually addressed immediately. There are some families living in the apartments around mine, but the only time I ever hear the children is when I pass them as they are playing outside. The location is also very nice, being right next to the Highline Canal, and Expo Park. Despite being near a busy intersection, the apartment complex is set away from busy streets into its own cul-de-sac. I never hear the traffic from the streets, and haven't had any problems with crime.
