Cottonwood Trail Apartments

STAY AWAY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   This place faded shortly after I moved in! I can hear my upstairs neighbor urinating in the bathroom (the walls are thin). I can smell my neighbor's cooking (the walls are really thin and have gaps for pipes). There were problems, but livable. However, the water main broke in early 2007 and the parking lot has yet to be re-surfaced. I have called the police on numerous occasions for disorderly conduct and fighting. The staff can be annoyed at questions, or, they simply ignore it and say "I can't find anything wrong'" when they are not actively wrecking things through possible incompetence -- like damaging the linoleum when replacing a dishwasher that I had to repeatedly complain about. There is trash everywhere -- no one works the grounds on a regular basis. Everything I have written is true, and I tried to live here for a couple of years but I'm outta here!
