after renting a fairly clean apartment I can tell you the maintenance is seriously lacking. Drive by yourself and see overfilled dumpsters crawling with rats. Paring is lacking and poorly lighted. My apartment had nicotine stains on the "freshly painted" bathrooms". Calls to the manager or self proclaimed "president" leave you feeling humiliated. Stay away from this complex for your own safety
