Wonderful...if you like roaches. I think the corporation that owns this place needs to step in and help Bella Terra out. Every apartment complex has issues and I realize that all of them are not perfect. I don't expect Bella Terra to be perfect, but this place is just not suitable to me- professionally or structurally.
