If you want a community that has gates this is the place for you, however, if you would like those gates to function and actually close once in awhile; you may want to look elsewhere.

If you want a community that has nice large trash compactors located at the end of each building group this is the place for you, however, if you would like to be forced to place garbage into the compactor housing; you may want to look elsewhere.

Broken promises only go so far to descirbe this place, gates are never close (so it is NOT a gated community) Large industrial dumpsters sit outside of the compactor housings (NOT attractive).

Kids run wild in the fitness center (which is also UNLOCKED a great majority of the time, I'm not sure if 1/4 of them actually live in the community or not).

The front office is helpful some days and other days it seems as if they will go out of their way to ignore you.

Junk mail is thrown on the ground here for mother earth to reclaim rather than in the large trash can in the mail area.

I could go on and on but I think you get the point, overall the apartments are nice and a decent value but the community itself needs work.
